Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For business customers, TIPTECH s. r. o. (operator of ePulz.io) acts as a data processor under Article 28 GDPR for the limited personal data processed when you use the service - typically notification e-mail addresses of your team and the URLs or IP addresses of monitored systems. This page summarises the processing terms that form part of our Terms of Service.

Subject and duration of processing

Processing covers the operation of monitoring checks, alerting and reporting, and lasts for the duration of your account. After account deletion, personal data is removed in line with the retention periods described in the privacy policy.

Sub-processors

We only engage the sub-processors listed publicly, announce changes in advance and you may object to a new sub-processor. Current list: Sub-processors.

Technical and organisational measures

Encryption in transit, access controls, two-factor authentication, daily tested backups and EU-only infrastructure - described in detail on the page Security.
