- Data about monitors and their history (URL, status codes, response times)

Recipients of data (sub-processors)
We share limited personal data with a small number of providers: Cloudflare (CDN/proxy, USA - EU-US Data Privacy Framework), Brevo (transactional e-mail, France/EU), Polar.sh (payments as merchant of record, USA - DPF) and our own EU infrastructure. Full list with details: Sub-processors.
Purpose of Processing
We process the data for the purpose of providing monitoring, billing, securing the account (rate limiting, brute force detection) and improving the service. We do not sell it to third parties.
Retention Period
We retain monitor data for the lifetime of the account. Login audit records for 30 days. After account closure, all personal data is deleted within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only functional first-party cookies necessary for the service to work: the login session, your language preference (epulzio_lang), a remembered device for two-factor authentication (epulzio_trusted_device), and temporary cookies during checkout. No tracking or marketing cookies, no third parties.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, port it, and withdraw your consent. You can submit a request directly via the electronic form below. We respond within 30 days.
Use of Email
We use email to send alerts about outages (which is its purpose), notifications about account status and invoices. We do not send marketing emails without explicit consent.
