Email address verification

After you sign up, we send a verification email. Clicking the link inside confirms that the address belongs to you - without it, you cannot sign in to your account.

How it works

1. Fill in the sign-up form (email + password)
2. We send you an email with the subject "Confirm your email address - ePulz.io"
3. Open the message and click the "Activate account" button
4. Your account is activated, you are automatically signed in and redirected to onboarding / dashboard

If the email did not arrive

• Check your Spam / Promotions folder
• Verify the email domain is correct - a typo during sign-up (for example gmial.com) cannot be fixed without registering again
• From the sign-in page (after a failed login attempt) click "Resend activation email" - we generate a fresh token. Rate limit: 1 email every 5 minutes per address
• If nothing helps, write to [email protected] from the same address

Security safeguards

• Token expiry: the verification link is valid for 24 hours after it is generated
• One-time use: the token is invalidated once verification succeeds
• Rate limit: at most 1 resend email every 5 minutes per address (anti-spam protection)
• Sign-in is blocked without verification - the sign-in page shows a notice and offers to resend the activation link

Why we require it

Email verification protects against:

• Fake sign-ups (bot accounts)
• Lockouts - without a verified email you would not be able to reset your password
• Spam abuse - we only send notifications to verified addresses so we do not boost spammer reputation
