Forgotten password reset

If you forgot your password, you can reset it yourself via e-mail - there is no need to contact support. The whole process takes a few minutes and you will not lose any data or monitors.

Steps

  1. On the login page, click "Forgot password?"
  2. Enter the e-mail you registered with.
  3. You will receive an e-mail with a link (valid for 1 hour).
  4. Click the link, enter your new password twice and confirm.
  5. Sign in with the new password.

Changing your password when you know it

If you know your password and just want to change it (for example, periodically for good hygiene), you do not have to go through the e-mail reset:

  1. Open Settings and go to the Account section.
  2. Enter your current password and your new password twice.
  3. Save. For security reasons, changing your password removes all trusted devices (2FA will be required again at the next sign-in).

Security safeguards

  • Attempt limit (rate limit): at most 1 e-mail per 10 minutes to the same address (protection against flooding).
  • Same response for everyone: even if the e-mail is not in the system, we show the same message "We have sent an e-mail with instructions". This way an attacker cannot find out which e-mails are registered with us.
  • Link validity: the password reset link is valid for 1 hour from the moment it is generated.
  • One-time use: after a successful reset the link is immediately invalidated.
  • Sign-out of trusted devices: after a password reset all trusted devices are revoked. Even if someone has an old cookie, they will no longer skip 2FA.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) stays active: resetting the password does not disable 2FA. If you have 2FA enabled and lose access to it (both phone and backup codes), contact support at [email protected].

If the e-mail does not arrive

  1. Check your Spam or Bulk folder.
  2. Check that you sent the reset to the correct e-mail (typos happen).
  3. Wait 10 minutes - delivery may take a moment.
  4. If nothing arrives, write to [email protected] from the same e-mail (we will verify your identity).
