Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your ePulz.io subscription at any time directly in the app, in just a few clicks. After cancelling, your access to paid features remains until the end of the period you already paid for - you lose nothing right away and we charge no cancellation fees.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. In the dashboard, open Subscription and invoices.
  2. Click Cancel subscription.
  3. A confirmation appears with the date until which you have access. Confirm with the Yes, cancel subscription button.

Done. You will see a notice that the subscription is scheduled for cancellation.

What happens after cancellation

  • Your access to paid features remains until the end of the period you already paid for (you can see the exact date on the subscription page).
  • The subscription then does not renew automatically and monitoring is paused.
  • No cancellation fees. No refunds are given for a period that has already started.
  • Your monitors and data stay preserved - when you come back later, you continue right where you left off.

Changed your mind? Reactivation

As long as the paid period has not yet ended, you can undo the cancellation at any time. On the subscription page, click Reactivate subscription and everything continues as before, including automatic renewal.

Polar customer portal

You can also manage your subscription through the Polar.sh customer portal - on the same page, click Open customer portal. There, besides cancelling, you can also change your payment card or download invoices.
