Tímové účty - členovia a roly
4 min read · Settings
Team accounts let you invite colleagues into a single account. All members see the same monitors and data, but each has their own login and their own notification channels (e-mail, Telegram, Slack, Discord). Available on the Pro (2 seats) and Business (5 seats) plans, including the owner. The Trial and Standard plans have 1 seat (owner only).
How to invite a member
- Open Settings -> Team.
- Enter the colleague's e-mail, pick a role and click Invite.
- The colleague receives an e-mail with a link. After signing in (or registering) they join the team. The invitation is valid for 7 days.
Roles
- Owner - everything, including billing and member management. One per account.
- Admin - manages monitors, status pages, escalations and settings. No access to billing or members.
- Responder - sees everything and can also act on monitors: pause/resume a monitor, snooze alerts, run an instant check, set a maintenance window, change the response threshold or rename a monitor. They cannot, however, create, delete or import monitors, nor change the team, billing or account. Ideal for on-call staff.
- Read only - sees everything but changes nothing. Ideal for a manager or a client.
Changing a role and removing a member
- In Settings -> Team find the member in the list.
- You change the role directly via the drop-down next to the member - the change takes effect immediately.
- You remove a member with the button on their row. They lose access to the account, but their monitors, status pages and escalations remain (they belong to the account, not the member).
Member notifications
Each member sets up their own channels and quiet hours in Settings. On an outage, recovery and slow response, the owner and every member get an alert - each on their own channels and in their own language.
Audit: The owner and admins see recent actions in the account on the team page - who paused a monitor, changed an interval or a response threshold.
Good to know
- A member can be in only one team at a time. While they are a member, their dashboard shows the team's monitors (their own are hidden).
- Ownership of monitors, status pages and escalations belongs to the account, not the individual member - after a member is removed, the data stays.
- A member can leave the team at any time in Settings -> Team.
